News and Excavation of the Nuragic Sardinia
20-21 April 2017 Santa Vittoria di Serri
On the 20th-21th of April 2017, the regional Conference “Notizie e Scavi della Sardegna Nuragica” will be held in Santa Vittoria di Serri (South Sardinia).
The scientific direction of the archaeological area of Santa Vittoria and the municipality of Serri (Facebook) are organizing the 1st regional Conference “Notizia and Scavi della Sardegna”, a series of study days that aim to present the results of excavations and research done on the Protohistoric Sardinia.
The head conference will discuss the Nuragic shrine of Santa Vittoria, which was an open and neutral space where Nuragic district’s delegation could meet. Today, those same freedoms apply to the conference of Serri, where all archaeologists can promote their research on the life of these communities.
The entire or partial results of the complete or ongoing excavations, as well as research related to themes of the Nuragic age will be presented. During the conference, both oral presentations and posters of research will be included, and there is no limit on how many archaeologists can participate.
An Abstract book on-line journal with ISSN is planned.
